Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return the item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below 

Return Conditions

• The item must be returned in its original box and completely sealed.
• The cellophane wrapping must be intact and unopened. If the cellophane has been opened, damaged, or removed, we are unable to accept the return.
• Items that have been opened, used, or altered in a way are not eligible for return or refund.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
• No returns on sale items.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@legacyessence.co.uk and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. 

Once we have reviewed photos, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund or replacement. You will not be responsible for return postage for items that arrive damaged or faulty.

Please ensure that any approved return is securely packaged to prevent damage during the transit. We recommend using tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us.
